BookTok books that aren't too spicy
Not every reader picks up a BookTok romance for the scenes. Some want the yearning, the banter and the plot, and want to know in advance that a book will not turn into something they would not read on the train. This is every book in our catalog at 3/5 or under, mildest first.
At 2/5 or below the door stays closed. At 3/5 the door opens, but the story outweighs the scenes, even when they are explicit. If 3/5 is already more than you want, stop at the top of the list. If you want just a little more heat, the full ranking picks up where this one ends.
